BREAK OUT

Posted in: Music Gallery by Pamela on November 17, 2008

“BREAK OUT” for what you “KNOW” is “RIGHT”
And when you face your manufactured fears
The so-called enemy can run right at you,
Though now in your awakening, it simply disappears.

ALL TOGETHER NOW

The power is within each and every one of us.
It is time to make a stand.
For you and for me.
For Truth and For Peace.

Take The Burden Off Your Shoulders

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 14, 2008

Milarepa had searched everywhere for enlightenment,

But could find no answer – until one day.

He saw an old man walking slowly down a mountain path,

Carrying a heavy sack.

Immediately, Milarepa sensed that this old man

Knew the secret he had been desperately seeking for many years.

Old man, please tell me what you know.

What is enlightenment?

The old man smiled at him for a moment,

And swung the heavy burden off his shoulders,

And stood straight.

“Yes, I see!” cried Milarepa.

My everlasting gratitude.

But please, one question more.

What is after enlightenment?

Smiling again, the old man picked up the sack once again.

Slung it over his shoulders.

Steadied his burden.

And continued on his way.

THE WATERFALL

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 12, 2008

I have so many times apologized
for the things I have done,
I am tired …
for being cold or blind and weak, with sometime a stubborn streak
and fallen on bended knees in desperation trying to understand it all,
knowng, that my heart means well.,
with each tiny tear in my silence they fell
releasing the fears caught up and bound within,
Like a waterfall.
Forgive me, no …
I forgive myself as I do you
For it begins with us, within,
It is now then, that we will all flow free
Dancing upon the life we were given
Hold my hand for I will never let go
And together we shall put out the call
That the mystery of life is unravelling before our eyes
It is time to fly … like the cascading waterfall.

Did You Look At It?

The thing about the future?
Every time you look at it,
it changes because you looked at it
and that changes everything else.

TINY DANCER

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on

A violin caresses the silent air
The last note resounds in my heart
As a tiny dancer with a final bow
Notices the flowers and …
Takes time out.

This is a perfect example of how judging can be so wrong.

The picture above is a bunch of wine corks

in a frame on the wall in my kitchen.

First impression?

She must drink alot of wine.

Until you sit with someone and talk with them

and LISTEN to them can anyone EVER

truly understand them, let alone judge them

for they have not walked even an inch in their moccasins.

HERE IS THE “TRUTH” OF THE “FRAMING ON THE WALL”.

I heard about an auction from a local home here in my area.

It was to support a lady who catches the wild ferile cats

that run around and has them spayed and neutered

to stop the population growth.

She loves them and cares for them greatly.

I wished to support her in her efforts

So, I bought this framed piece of wine corks.

The woman who was selling off her things at auction

to support this lady and her work

told me her husband had been in the wine business

which, was the story behind this FRAMING ON THE WALL.

The woman was Beatrice Welles.

Orson Welles’ daughter.

Who became a very dear friend.

So, the morale of this story is:

EVERY PICTURE AND EVERY FACE PAINTS A STORY

Please free your minds and stop judging others,

for looks can be decieving.

MANUFACTURED ENEMY

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 11, 2008

Manufactured Enemy
We are all born to this place
The same
Then we separate
Then our world falls apart
‘Playing’ turns to hate
And you and I
Become fearful of one another
Clans do gather
And fingers begin to point
I am puzzled at this kind of fate
My heart does not understand
This hate.

Feelings of such wonderment and awe
Wanting to envelope the energy
Wrap it in my arms
And take to the skies
And away we would all fly.
Leaving behind
All senses
All unkindness and mindless chatter
All our doing though, time to unravel
Knowing nothing else matters
But the peace and immortalness
Of our lives

I do not see
Colour, cloth, skin or belief
Of a manufactured enemy.

No judgement here
All I desire
Is the moment
When forever becomes
A timeless space
Lay down your sword
Healing is what you will gain.

For I ask,
What have I done to thee?
Why can’t you live with me?
A manufactured enemy?

‘Letting go’ is not so trite a phrase
There is always a way
My one among many a’ mate.
Walk with me
My manufactured Enemy
Into the open seas….
And fly endlessly….

Forgiveness
Released me
From the fallen heart
Attempting to tear me apart
My fate had begun
As I broke the air with a thought
I ran away with myself
And carried her higher
So she could see
The manufactured enemy

And how simple it is
To heal the world’s pain
To heal the worlds shame
To live in Peace
For we are inherently
Forever Free.

And nothing
Can ever take that away
From me.

“Anyone who has the power to make you believe absurdities
has the power to make you commit injustices.”
~ Voltaire

The question is …
Who is responsible for believing a lie or an absurdity?

“YOU”

Continuing to look at the problems is one of the “problems”.

There is NO PLACE, where your mind is not.

We are at one of the most pivotal moments in time

And I find it extraordinarily beautiful.

Remember, energy flows where attention goes.

Stop following the Pied Piper. .

THE CHOICE IS ALWAYS YOURS
BE PREPARED FOR WHAT YOU HAVE ASKED FOR.

Two Years to begin letting go.

Posted in: Drawings by Pamela on November 10, 2008

I drew this in 1986 two years after the murder of my younger brother, Robert, in October, 1984.

I never knew. It took me for a very long loop.
Something happened at this two year mark, in 1986 where I drew this ~ where things, where my surroundings, were becoming okay to feel and hear again. I was so lost, so devastated, it hurt to breathe. Yet now, my heart was feeling lighter and could breathe more easily. Don’t know why or how, it just happened. My heart was simply enjoying and sensing this emotional release,  dissolving the enormous pain upon my being that seemed never ending. The drawing depicts that moment of releasing. Leaving the dark one walking into the Sunlight.

With never ending love in my heart, goodbye.

So freeing.

This was the first break in recovery from grief.

It took another three years before the magical moment happened.

Something out of the ether completely unexpected ~ and if it didn’t I would not be writing this.

Five years to the month, from October of 1984, to October of 1989,

it happened unbeknownst to me.

October, 1989.

Living in my apartment still trying to breathe in life and living, for it made no sense to me and wanted out of this emotional misery and grief. It was excruciating. I had it all planned out, and how I was going to do it. I could not take it anymore.

As clear as day I remember this moment.

I dropped to my knees and prayed to God (whatever that is) saying:

“Please let my heart stop.”

The very moment I said that?

You could not put a cigarette paper between me saying it and what happened next.

BAM!

Something energetically, as I call it, came up and slapped me up the backside of my head.

That is what it felt like.

The dark world I lived in for five years slammed shut!

And Pamela came back. Just like that.

I set goals and attained every single one of them.

Everyone around me were saying “What happened to you?

One minute you want to die, the next you are happy to live!”

Yes I was very happy! And have no idea what happened. It just did.

And on we go to another Chapter of this amazing life we live.

Robert came to me telepathically in 1998 in Cancun.

2020: All in more detail in one of the four books I’m writing.

Love to ALL.
