2026. THE YEAR OF THE ‘FIRE HORSE’

This is my horse that I don’t ride,
well bareback sometimes flying,
for we like to stride side by side.

I was listening to something this morning
and paraphrasing adding thoughts ~
this is the year of the “Fire Horse”
which apparently is all about courage,
radical change, unbridaled energy,
revolution, resolution, personal freedom,
self expression, not easily tamed,
likes to roam freely
pursuing passions without restraint,
spontaneous, impulsive, unpredictable,
free spirited, being your own spiritual leader,
no more gurus, no more waiting
for someone to save you,
you have become your own sovereign leader
of your own consciousness,
get real about your dreams,
be kind, compassionate, respectful,
while standing your ground,
time to make sense of the non-sense.

The last Fire Horse year was 1966.
My birthday this year, January 3, 2026
I turned 66.
It has been 60 years since the last Fire Horse Year.
I was Born in 1960.
Just sayin’.

Hold on for the ride my friends,
it is all we can do,
to make it a better world,
just don’t give up.
