It seems to me,

sharing in the best way I know how to?

That ONE cannot think oneself,

in or out of here.

‘Thinking’ keeps one

in constant servitude,

to the the questions,

and even answers.

It is when one releases

from what I call,

‘thought forms happening’,

that one may enter realms of

empty mind and bliss.

I say this because,

it happened in my life

and it was an

extraordinarily

beautiful experience.

Very freeing.

If only, if only, so it has been said, and oh so true, if only.

And here we are.

It is always okay.

I know, it was not okay while dealing with it.

If only ONE could FEEL,

what it is like on the other side of pain.

During the pain and suffering

all I wanted to do was to stop breathing.

I have felt both sides of eternal life,

the here and now and the ever lasting beyond,

saying “Come on girl, you can do this.”

Why be here was my question?

And life said:

Because you have a story to tell.
