A FRESH NEW WORLD

Posted in: The Observation Deck by Pamela on December 02, 2008

I am Capricorn born 3 January, 1960.

Two noteworthy astrological events happen within hours of each other.

Pluto, the planet of transformation, regeneration and rebirth,

enters Capricorn, the sign of the builder, on November 26.

This is a much-heralded astrological event,

since Pluto takes between 12 to 31 years to pass through a sign.

It will remain in Capricorn until 2024.

Talk about the need to transform and rebuild infrastructures will abound.

In our personal lives, we will find transformation and change taking place as well.

Uranus turns direct on November 27.

It’s not everyday that a planet turns direct on the same day as a new Moon,

which adds to the intensity of this time.

Astrologically, Uranus liberates you from the shackles of convention

and applies pressure to change whatever is stagnant in your life.

Uranus rules electromagnetic energy

and is like a lightning storm that creates chaos as it cleans the air,

revealing a fresh new world once the storm has cleared.

A New Day is Now.
Live it, think it, know it, be it.
Manifest it.
Peace

KEEPING THE DIAMONDS

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on December 01, 2008

I will keep the Diamonds of my memories
And leave the Rust.

Thank you “Life” for this beautiful journey.
For the teaching and the learning.
Most of all … for the remembering.

“ONE” CALLED LOVE

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 29, 2008

When “ONE” embraces the EMOTIONS of fear, sorrow and pain
ONE will find
The nightmares were gifts gained
They all disappear, leaving behind
The only thing that ever mattered
For it exists below, around, within and above
It permeates everything
It is the “ONE” called LOVE.

TEARS FOR PEACE
MAY THE WATERS FLOW

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 27, 2008

I was once told that I cry too much.
I say the world does not cry enough.
The tears that flow are not always of sadness
But remembering who I really am.
Remembering how beautiful life is and can be.

May the world drown in our tears for PEACE.

TO BE FREE

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 26, 2008

As humans desire to be FREE
So does all of LIFE
When one respects ‘LIFE’
One deserves to be FREE.

“ONE LOOKS”

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on

ONE’S vision will become clear

When ONE looks within ONE’S heart.

When ONE looks outside,

ONE plays a part

When ONE looks inside

ONE finds there is nowhere to hide.

I LAUGHED OFTEN

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry,The Observation Deck by Pamela on November 21, 2008

“I didn’t speak much, but I laughed often,
because every time I looked around –
at the earth, the sky, the sun, the trees,
the lakes, the streams –
I realized that it was all Me –
that no separation existed at all.”

Excerpt from THE PEACEFUL WARRIOR by Dan Millman

JUST TAKE TIME

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 20, 2008

Life is ever so beautiful, especially when you open your eyes to see
Change your mind, change the world
Most of all remove fear.
Life is an endless possibility
Peace Please.

Everything I thought I knew could very well be wrong.
Yet everything I felt inside, was right, all along.

YOU ARE THE CHANGE
OBSERVE NON-ATTACHMENT

Posted in: The Observation Deck by Pamela on November 17, 2008

Greater dimensions of being await.

Observe non-attachment.

Do not cling to anything, and there shall be no suffering.

Easier said than done, some may say,

but take the first step.

Know in your heart that all is one.

Feel the impermanence of all things.

Know the indestructibility of your soul.

We have chosen to be here now,

in this time of revelation, unveiling and transformation.

Stand at the centre. You are the change.

BREAK OUT

“BREAK OUT” for what you “KNOW” is “RIGHT”
And when you face your manufactured fears
The so-called enemy can run right at you,
Though now in your awakening, it simply disappears.

ALL TOGETHER NOW

The power is within each and every one of us.
It is time to make a stand.
For you and for me.
For Truth and For Peace.

Take The Burden Off Your Shoulders

Posted in: Quotes & Poetry by Pamela on November 14, 2008

Milarepa had searched everywhere for enlightenment,

But could find no answer – until one day.

He saw an old man walking slowly down a mountain path,

Carrying a heavy sack.

Immediately, Milarepa sensed that this old man

Knew the secret he had been desperately seeking for many years.

Old man, please tell me what you know.

What is enlightenment?

The old man smiled at him for a moment,

And swung the heavy burden off his shoulders,

And stood straight.

“Yes, I see!” cried Milarepa.

My everlasting gratitude.

But please, one question more.

What is after enlightenment?

Smiling again, the old man picked up the sack once again.

Slung it over his shoulders.

Steadied his burden.

And continued on his way.
