The photographer was sure that he was going to see the end of his dogs
when the polar bear wandered in, but…

It is time to unite for PEACE.
Love turns away rage and even nature is feeling the ‘shift’.
May we all be so kind and gentle to one another.

Cliff Young

All of the professional athletes knew that it took about 5 days to finish the race.

In order to compete, one had to run about 18 hours a day and sleep the remaining 6 hours.

The thing is, Cliff Young didn’t know that!

When the morning of the second day came,

everyone was in for another surprise.

Not only was Cliff still in the race, he had continued jogging all night.

Eventually Cliff was asked about his tactics for the rest of the race.

To everyone’s disbelief, he claimed he would run

straight through to the finish without sleeping.

Cliff kept running.

Each night he came a little closer to the leading pack.

By the final night, he had surpassed

all of the young, world-class athletes.

He was the first competitor to cross the finish line

and he set a new course record.

When Cliff was awarded the winning prize of $10,000,

he said he didn’t know there was a prize

and insisted that he did not enter for the money.

He ended up giving all of his winnings to several other runners,

an act that endeared him to all of Australia.

When ‘one’ does something without Fear,
What ends up happening are ‘miracles’, yet,
They are not miracles at all, this is only ‘natural’.
~ pamela leigh richards

When I found out that there was in-fighting with some of the Native peoples
During this wonderful time of Awakening and Coming Together for Peace
Speaking about it through their own prophecies

I wrote this:

Within the tribes money has been a bribe
And some have been sold the lie
Taken the bait and broken the promises
It is time to unravel the mess
Come together, look one another in the eye
Forgive and let go, let’s walk in peace and know
Like the Eagle and the Condor in the sky
May it be so.
Let go of the past, release fear, forgive and may everyone know this …
What ‘one’ does, ‘one’ will reap the rewards of his actions by the highest of high.
When ‘one’ removes temptation of a weakness within the programme of life
This is when we will together fly
Like the Condor and the Eagle in the sky
Like the dolphins in the sea swimming free
Spread the love like wildfire.

After six months living in Egypt swimming with wild dolphins
It was time to go.
One heart cannot take what it felt like for me to say goodbye.
Here I am after swimming naked all alone
With 100 wild dolphins for two hours
Saying … “until next time”.

“If you talk to the animals
They will talk to you
And you will know each other.
If you do not talk to them
You will not know them and
What you do not know
You will fear.
What one fears
One destroys.

Chief Dan George

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking

So that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

And as we let our own light shine,

We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

our presence automatically liberates others.”

Meet Molly.
She’s a grey speckled pony who was abandoned by her owners
When Hurricane Katrina hit southern Louisiana .

She spent weeks on her own before finally being rescued
And taken to a farm where abandoned animals were stockpiled.

While there, she was attacked by a pit bull terrier and almost died.

Her gnawed right front leg became infected,

and her vet went to LSU for help,

but LSU was overwhelmed, and this pony was a welfare case.

You know how that goes.

But after surgeon Rustin Moore met Molly,

he changed his mind.

He saw how the pony was careful to lie down

on different sides so she didn’t seem to get sores,

and how she allowed people to handle her.

She protected her injured leg.

She constantly shifted her weight

and didn’t overload her good leg.

She was a smart pony with a serious survival ethic..

Moore agreed to remove her leg below the knee,

and a temporary artificial limb was built.

Molly walked out of the clinic and her story really begins there.

‘This was the right horse and the right owner,’ Moore insists.

Molly happened to be a one-in-a-million patient.

She’s tough as nails, but sweet,

and she was willing to cope with pain.

She made it obvious she understood that she was in trouble.

The other important factor, according to Moore,

is having a truly committed and compliant owner

who is dedicated to providing the daily care required

over the lifetime of the horse.

Molly’s story turns into a parable for life in post-Katrina Louisiana.

The little pony gained weight, and her mane finally felt a comb.

A human prosthesis designer built her a leg.

The prosthetic has given Molly a whole new life,

Allison Barca, D.V.M., Molly’s regular vet, reports.

And she asks for it.

She will put her little limb out, and come to you

And let you know that she wants you to put it on.

Sometimes she wants you to take it off too.

And sometimes, Molly gets away from Barca.

‘It can be pretty bad

When you can’t catch a three-legged horse,’ she laughs.

Most important of all, Molly has a job now.

Kay, the rescue farm owner, started taking Molly to shelters, hospitals,

nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers.

Anywhere she thought that people needed hope.

Wherever Molly went, she showed people her pluck.

She inspired people, and she had a good time doing it.

‘It’s obvious to me that Molly had a bigger role to play in life,’ Moore said.

‘She survived the hurricane, she survived a horrible injury,

and now she is giving hope to others.’

Barca concluded, ‘She’s not back to normal,

but she’s going to be better.

To me, she could be a symbol for New Orleans itself.’

This is Molly’s most recent prosthesis.

The photo on the right shows the ground surface that she stands on,

which has a smiley face embossed in it.

Wherever Molly goes, she leaves a smiley hoof print behind.

On August 19th 2007,
An oil tanker off the coast of Australia split in two,
Dumping 20,000 tons of crude oil.

Senator Collins, a member of the Australian Parliament,
Appeared on a TV news program to reassure the Australian public.

This actual interview is so funny, you’d swear it was a ‘Saturday Night Live’ skit.
Or a great Monty Python series!

Changing “THEM” is not going to work.
Changing “YOU” is.

Many are called upon
How many are listening?

I cannot tell you “all” that I feel,
For the language of this world
Holds not a candle to the understanding
Of “all” that IS.

Never allow someone to be your priority
While allowing yourself to be their option

Here we are again
Another passing moment in time
I drift, wondering why
So many things pass us by….

Christmas and sleigh bells ringing
Thoughts and feelings falling
The sound of the choir singing
What do you think is the meaning?

Distractions are what we are sold and fall into
Don’t worry, it will be alright they say…. But hey!
I feel something is not right, do you?

Raise your head just a bit higher
Lift it above the spire
Look around you now….
What do you see?

If I could talk to you
With just a few words
And reach within your heart
Maybe we could remember to love

To see there is something not to trust.
Out there……

With the answers sitting within us
In here.

No need for fear.
Simply be aware.

The arms of existence waits patiently
And holds a place for all of us … TO BE.
